ENDURING the icy grip of Saturday's zero-degree morning has paid off with warmer weather to continue in the coming days.
The frosty weekend did not deter hundreds of participants in the Darling Downs Cutting Club's Futurity Show from camping out at the Toowoomba Showgrounds.
Toowoomba's mercury bottomed-out at 4.4 degrees at 7am yesterday, reaching a clear-skied peak of 15.4 degrees at 2.30pm.
Today will be overcast but rain-free with a minimum temperature of seven degrees expected to reach 16 degrees later in the day.
Forecasters predict a 20 per cent chance of rain tomorrow, with a minimum of eight degrees and a maximum of 15 degrees.
