[Video] Toowoomba man killed in crash on the Warrego Hwy - Toowoomba Chronicle

UPDATE: INVESTIGATIONS will continue today into a tragic traffic crash that claimed the life of a 46-year-old Toowoomba man near Dulacca yesterday afternoon.

The Warrego Hwy was closed for several hours last night but State Emergency Service volunteers from Wallumbilla and Dulacca set up a detour around the highway.

The incident occurred about 4pm, 2km east of the Dulacca township, where a light truck collided head-on with a utility.

The Toowoomba man was the sole occupant of the utility vehicle and died at the scene.

The four occupants of the light truck, who sources have said were not from the local area, escaped the crash with minor cuts and bruises and were released from Miles Hospital last night.
