[Video] Toowoomba man killed in crash on the Warrego Hwy - Toowoomba Chronicle


A 47-year-old Toowoomba man has died after a head-on collision on the Warrego Hwy.


The forensic crash unit are currently at the scene 1km east of Dulacca which saw a light truck collide with a utility vehicle driven just before 4pm.


The Toowoomba man was the sole occupant of the utility vehicle and died at the scene.


The four occupants in the light truck escaped the head on crash with minor cuts and bruises and have been released from Miles hospital.


Roma police Patrol Inspector Rowan Burke said motorists can expect the Warrego Hwy to remain closed for at least another three hours while police conduct their investigations.


A short detour has been set up by Wallumbilla and Dulacca SES volunteers.
