WE'VE seen Toowoomba's art and culture scene take off in the past few years and now Nic Gould is set to launch its craft brew scene.
The dedicated home brewer is set to become a craft brewer after securing support from local craft beer sellers The Spotted Cow and Tapestry Bar which was formerly Fitzy's Fibber's bar on Margaret St.
He said all he needed to fulfil the next part of his dream was the support of the community so he could establish Wolf Clan Brew in one of Toowoomba's historic brewing-related businesses such as the former Perkins Brewery.
But he said even if he had to set up in a less historical site he was still determined to launch the business early next year and had already started gathering the resources and equipment.

Mr Gould said he was amazed that Toowoomba didn't already have a bevy of craft brewers with its rich history of beer making and swilling.
"The main beer will be an amber ale, but I would love to do seasonal brews using local products," he said.
