TOOWOOMBA parks are filling up with dog dung at such a rate it's prompted a reminder from Toowoomba Regional Council to owners. A spokesman said council was getting numerous reports of doggie do-do from concerned residents. "We are getting too many reports of people not picking up after their dogs.
