TOOWOOMBA has its own 42nd St where music is well and truly alive; you hear the whistle of a recorder and the beat of dancing feet to songs students love. Troubled former boxing champion Michael Katsidis has been fined $100 for contravening a police direction, and will appear again in a Gold Coast court on charges of obstructing an officer and driving under the influence of drugs.
