One dead after semi-trailer hits car - ABC Online

One person is dead after a fatal traffic crash on the Warrego Highway, west of Toowoomba in south-western Queensland, on Friday night.

A semi-trailer loaded with bricks collided with a car, killing the female driver of the sedan.

A male passenger in the same vehicle was airlifted to a Brisbane hospital with critical injuries.

The driver of the truck was not injured.
