Infrastructure Australia is a board that helps Australian governments develop a strategic blueprint for unlocking bottlenecks and modernise the nation's economic network.
So.. a pretty important group for today's Seal the Deal forum in Toowoomba. Michael Deegan has the ear of the Government and today his eyes are on the second range crossing project.
What is the chance of a financial committment to not study it.. but build it .. in an election year?
