TOOWOOMBA Raiders lamented the stand-out performance of the Holland Park goalkeeper after their 5-1 Brisbane Men's Capital League Two loss at Toara Park on Saturday.
Holland Park built a 5-0 lead after holding a 1-0 advantage at half-time before Raiders midfielder Hiroshi Imai slotted a consolation goal late.
But Raiders could have netted many more chances had it not been for stellar work between the posts from Holland Park's No.1.
"We created plenty of opportunities. Any other day, any other goalkeeper and we would have had four or five goals," Raiders coach Mick Willmot said.
The Raiders women also had a loss on Saturday at home. They went down 3-1 to Palm Beach but that was better than a 12-0 loss last time they met.
"We played really well," Raiders coach Mick Turvey said. "A bit of luck goes our way and we could have walked away with a good win."
