THERE was no stopping Toowoomba's Jared Graves at the Queensland Gravity Enduro Championships.

Graves showed why he claimed second in the Enduro World Series as he topped the time list for every stage at the state event on Sunday, which was held in Jubilee Park on the Range.

He posted the fastest times in each of the five stages to beat out Lindsay Klein by one minute 41 seconds, with Aiden Lefmann a further 41 seconds back in third.

The 30-year-old made the most of competing so close to home and enjoyed the state enduro event.

"He really dominated," race director Ian Harwood said of Graves.

The event saw about 200 riders tackle the downhill and cross country tracks at Jubilee Park in what is an emerging format of mountain bike racing.

"We've been developing the concept over the past five years but over the past 12 months it has really taken off," Harwood said.

"It's a good venue for it. The crowd certainly came out for it."
