A teenager has been charged with the murder of a 19-year-old man in Toowoomba, west of Brisbane, yesterday.
Jake Lasker, 19, was found about 3pm by police in his family's Hogg Street home with stab wounds to his neck and torso.
Shortly after the teen's body was discovered, ambulance paramedics were called to treat another teenager who walked into a nearby IGA store at the intersection of Tor and Hogg streets with cuts to his hand, according to The Toowoomba Chronicle .

A 19-year-old Glenvale man has been charged with murder, police confirmed this morning.
According to Mr Lasker's Facebook page, he had successfully battled eye cancer earlier this year.
"Got the best news of my life, I am heading home from the Princess Alexandra Hospital, the node taken out of my neck was negative to cancer, and I get to keep my eye," he wrote in August.
Also on his Facebook page he wrote: "I have asperges [sic] which affects my emotions, so please go easy on me."
Friends and family have posted tributes to the much-admired teen on Facebook.
"Rest In Peace Buddy, I will miss talking to you on xbox and our chats. You had such a kind soul. You didn't deserve this. Hope Heavens ready for you buddy!" one friend wrote.
Another said: "You were a great guy and I loved the way you never gave up."
"You were a MADD fella and I will miss our Xbox sessions. You were a good guy and you didn't deserve this at all," a third wrote.
