Gearing up for the 2013 Tour of Toowoomba

The fourth Tour of Toowoomba gets underway on May 9, bringing some of the country's premier cycling talents to our city to compete in an event from which international cycling teams handpick their new recruits.
I went along to the launch of Tour of Toowoomba 2013 this week and had a great chat with event director John Osborne about the tour's amazing growth in just three years, how the Bunya Mountains have already earned a fearsome reputation in the cycling world and the dilemma of possibly having more competitors this year than he has the capacity for.
